I worked in a games shop for about 2 years and the following cartoons were printed in the staffs magazine that went round to all the stores in the UK. These cartoons were never ment to be seen by the public, I created them after animating the Game Boyz, Game Boyz Part One and Game Boyz Part Two and were based on various observations made whilst working in a games shop. |

So I was having fun doing these cartoons but here's why I stopped (if you care). I guy honestly came into the store and asked for Stephen Hawkings Skateboarding game. We thought it was funny to confuse Stephen Hawkings (a famous science guy in a wheelchair) with Tony Hawk (a skateboard guy). The customer dude said he had seen it on the net (we thought he was high) but I have also seen these mock-up photo's on Google of a Stephen Hawkings game. It made us laugh so I went ahead and made a cartoon... Version 0.1 |

The publishers didn't like this. They said it was offensive and in bad taste to make fun of a scientist in a wheelchair. They thought using Tom Hanks would be better. It kinda worked but I still preferred the original, so cause I was stupid I added a "fuck" in the middle panel (I had done this before) and sent it off... Version 0.2 |

That little "fuck" was noticed and they asked me to take it out. So the cartoon you see below was the final version that appeared in the mag. Version 0.3 |

| This wasn't the first time Game Boyz had offended someone but the strips were a fun little addition to the cartoon. | |
